Cloning with DIESEL and AJaX
Novo Nordisk hosts AutoCAD Developer Conference
Novo Nordisk, a world leader in insulin
and diabetes care, opened its premises in
Copenhagen/Denmark to host the 17th international
conference on AutoCAD application development. Developers
from 10 European countries attended the technical
conference organized by the AutoCAD Developers Group
Europe (ADGE).
Main topics in the AutoCAD world today are ObjectARX
applications creating and linking intelligent objects to
form real-world models. Amongst the most complicated
themes in this context is the duplication of intelligence
between different drawings, the so-called cloning.
Various speeches concentrated on this critical topic.
In addition the two days allowed the software engineers
to exchange ideas and to discuss newest technology like
Java or ActiveX Controls to be used in AutoCAD add-ons.
And in addition to these future trends, also today's
present was covered in detail: application development in
LISP or DIESEL.
ADGE publishes a conference CD-ROM containing all
speeches as well as additional documents and sample code.
To order this CD-ROM, contact the ADGE office at
